The article lead with a large photo of a Lawrence P. Filippi & Associates custom home in Glen Ellyn and discussed how the firm managed to meet the client's expectations of a large home on a small lot.

Lawrence P. Filippi & Associates were given the Excellence in Housing Design Bronze Key Award 2005 by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

This award was given for the category "Architectural Design - Custom One of a Kind - 3, 601- 4,000 sq. ft.".
